Air Tran Airways was founded in 1992 and is affiliated with AirTran Holdings. The company currently operates more than 1,000 flights every day. AirTran Airways is a low-cost airline intended for both tourist and business travelers. The company operates new aircrafts featuring Wi-Fi, business class, satellite radio XM and compartments for hand luggage EasyFit, appointed places and much more. The company has hubs in Hartsfield-Jackson Atlanta International Airport and in General Mitchell International Airport in Milwaukee. AirTran Airways offers everyday, affordable air travel across the United States. The company provides such inflight services as inflight Internet, XM Satellite radio, inflight magazine, complimentary beverages and snacks and much more. Airlines
Airlines are companies which provide passenger and cargo transportation services using air planes. To offer such services each company has to have a relevant license or certificate. Airlines vary from those operating one plane to transport mail or cargo, to full-service international companies maintaining a fleet of airplanes. They distinguish between the following categories of airline services: domestic, intra continental or international, and intercontinental. Charter flights with scheduled services are also available. Airline personnel consists of pilots, flight engineers and flight attendants. Each plane has its own carrying capacity, thus there is a fixed seat number on the plane and passengers are allowed to have limited hand luggage with them. Other luggage goes separately in the luggage compartment. Onboard, passengers are offered drinks, snacks and rugs which are included in the price of the ticket. Before, during and after takeoff, flight attendants provide the passengers with the rule to be stick to in the plain.
